Objectives and methods

The development of soft skills requires the application of various educational methodologies. Soft skills include activities and competencies like learning to work in groups, solving problems, and communicating effectively. Bringing educational methods closer to everyday life contributes to students’ personal development, their social inclusion, and fosters the habit of active citizenship.

THE GOAL OF NON-FORMAL EDUCATIONAL EXPERIENCES IS LEARNING ITSELF.

With this project innovative teaching and learning methodologies will be explored. For example, older students will play an active role in assisting their younger peers in learning English, and engaging lessons with new activities and shared emotions will be proposed, as well as structured online courses through the MOODLE platform.

OUR OBJECTIVE IS TO MAKE STUDENTS MORE SELF-AWARE AND ENCOURAGE ACTIVE PARTICIPATION IN THEIR EDUCATION.

EXPECTED IMPACTS:

Redefining the concept of non-formal education,

Developing a new model of inclusive school,
Reorganizing knowledge, skills, and competencies,
Promoting the performance of students with special and non-special needs,
Strengthening cross-cutting skills: initiative, digital skills, and linguistic skills.

Here’s what is expected from this project:

A better school where your skills and talents are valued.
New ways of teaching that make learning enjoyable.
Teachers who are ready to change and adapt to help you grow.
Increased self-awareness and awareness of the world around you.
New experiences through activities like sports and arts.
SHORT, MEDIUM AND LONG TERM OBJECTIVES:
  • Creating a new model of inclusive school.
  • More functional educational interventions.
  • Understanding the specific needs of students.
  • Promoting all the skills, abilities, and talents that students possess, sometimes hidden.
  • Knowledge of innovative methods in the world of education, borrowed from the world of sports and arts.
  • Promoting conscious, active, and reflective participation in students.
