Transnational Project Meetings
The TPMs (Transnational Project Meetings) aim to share progress, strengths, and challenges, verifying compliance with the shared plan. Both in-person and virtual meetings will be organized to facilitate teamwork, to increase motivation and to prevent isolation.
During each TPM, an assessment of the project’s situation will be conducted, allowing for potential changes and adjustments. All gathered information, including documents, recommendations, and suggestions, will be used to continuously monitor the scientific and financial implementation status.
Additionally, internal and external surveys will be conducted to evaluate the project’s quality and motivate involved resources, both internal and external.
