The project will be guided by the values of accessibility, sustainability and inclusion, which influence communication, teaching, learning and the use of technology. Continuous monitoring of the project activities will ensure progress, quality and results throughout its duration.

Achieving the results will enable an examination of the use of creative disciplines in the development of soft skills, with a focus on contributions to learning. A shared report will be prepared on the realities of the three countries in terms of inclusive teaching, nonformal learning and creativity, followed by a survey for sample analysis and a guide on inclusive and nonformal teaching.

ICT activities involve building a user-friendly technology infrastructure for nonformal learning on inclusion, digital transformation and soft skills. Communication activities focus on strengthening internal partnership ties and building connections with external networks to promote awareness and experimentation with project goals.

The implementation phase focuses on the introduction of an e-learning model called “Track 9 ¾” for inclusive nonformal learning, integrating arts, sports methodologies and creation of collaborative modules. Activities include conceptualization, design, implementation, identification of themes and organization of mini-Olympics to put the developed soft skills into practice, with continuous monitoring of quality and satisfaction by partners.

The pilot phase of the project involves managing training, evaluating training, and improving nonformal learning in three countries through activities such as mini Olympics and role-playing games. The focus is on assessing students’ knowledge, applying soft skills and promoting inclusive education, with the aim of improving soft skills, digital skills and personal development. The moments of the pilot experimentation will be enhanced through video testimonials.
